Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post registered mail and are expected to arrive within 5 business days. Visit the Australia Post website for more information. We offer free shipping for all orders within Australia.

Orders sent internationally are sent via Australia Post registered mail and are expected to arrive within 10 business days. We have a flat shipping rate of $29.95 USD for all international orders outside Australia.

If you order an item that has just sold out we will contact you immediately to notify you, this may cause a delay in dispatching your order.

There are a number of reasons why your order may take longer to arrive than the estimates given above. Some common reasons are:

1. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
2. If you are outside the main metropolitan area your order may take longer to be received.
3. If the color you ordered was recently sold out this will also cause a short delay while we arrange an alternative with you.
4. Delivery was attempted but no one was home to sign for the package. If the item was sent Registered, contact your local post office to retrieve your parcel.

14 Day 110% Money Back Guarantee

At Hip Industries, we stand behind our product! That’s why we offer a 14 Day 110% Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason a Hip Industries customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organize to return the product and receive a 110% refund of the purchase price, subject to the terms and conditions listed below:

1. In order to organize a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must e-mail support@hipindustries.com and providing a short explanation as to why the product is to be returned.  The customer will receive a return authorization number and details of how to return the product.

2. Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund for the purchase of one Hip Industries product will be for the amount of 110% of the purchase price excluding the Delivery Cost as specified in the customer’s Order. A customer can also choose to have either an exchange or account credit equivalent to the purchase price.

3. The 110% money back guarantee is limited to one Hip Industries product. If more than one Hip Industries product is purchased, the money back guarantee is limited to 100% of the purchase price excluding Delivery Cost as specified in the customer’s Order.

4. The 14 Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their Hip Industries product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 5 business days from the date of dispatch of the product for Australian orders and 10 business days for international orders.

5. If we sent you the wrong product or a faulty product (ie: broken zip, tear in leather, etc) we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping fees incurred in returning the item to us. 

6. The Hip Industries product must be returned within 14 days of requesting a refund under these terms and conditions.

7. Returned products must be returned unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, with all accessories and in re-saleable condition. You can choose to have an exchange, account credit or full refund (shipping excluded).

8. Customers must return the products for which they are seeking a refund at their own cost. Hip Industries recommends registering the parcel when sending from overseas. We cannot take any responsibility for items which do not arrive at our warehouse. 

9. After receiving the returned Hip Industries Products, Hip Industries will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and the customer will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement. Where possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial customer transaction. Hip Industries accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.

10. Hip Industries reserves the right to make changes to these 14 Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions without notice.

11. Hip Industries strongly advises customers to thoroughly check the product when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the products. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 14 days from the date of purchase.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. We are not aware of what import fees will be charged by which country and these fees are not included in our item prices or shipping fees. We recommend you contact your local government agency to determine import fees (if any) prior to ordering. Import fees are completely your responsibility.
